Please come support the Galax Elementary School Student Teacher Parent Organization for a scenic run on the New River Trail.
The race will begin at the Galax trail head at the Red Caboose then follow along the beautiful Chestnut Creek. Runners will run out and back to a turnaround, depending on distance selected, and return to the finish line at the trail head. Professional timing will be provided by Run Roanoke using the latest RFID bib chip technology. All proceeds benefit Galax Elementary School!
Race Day Registration: 6:30-7:30 am
10k Start: 8:00 am
5k Start: 8:15 am
1 Mile Fun Run: 8:30 am
Early registration deadline is March 1, 2022.
5K/10K participants registered by March 12 are guaranteed a moisture wicking race shirt. Adult sizes only XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL. Awards will be given.
Walkers encouraged to sign up for the 5K!!!
Race is rain or shine and registration fees are non-refundable.
