7th Annual Alleghany Highlands Triathlon: This year's event will again be presented as the third in a Triple Crown series of Triathlons with the Greenbrier River Race and Lexington Road and River Race for the fourth year. Race begins 9:00AM at Sharon Community Center & ends at the YMCA. This friendly triathlon will include a 5K Run, a 2 mile paddle on the Cowpasture River and a 13 mile bike ride.
