The 12 miler, 7 miler and 5K fun run are all on trails inside Pandapas Park which is part of the Jefferson National Forest. The run features a challenging course with many hills and some creek crossings (water less than knee deep). There are rest stations with energy gels, bars, water and Gatorade drink.

Brush Mountain Breakdown 12 miler: $30.00 (before Oct. 15th)

All the Brush Mountain races are on trails and very limited sections of forest fire roads. The trails cross creeks and offer a good challenge with hills. The trails are well used and are in the scenic Jefferson National Forest.
Early registration is until October 15th. After October 15th the fee goes up for late registration (including race day).
There will be four aid stations for the 12 miler and one for the 7 miler trail run. The aid stations will have water, Gatorade, energy gels and bars. The aid stations are about every 5 kilometers.
All 12 miler participants receive a technical long sleeve shirt. Participants must finish within the FOUR hour time. 7 mile and 5K participants all receive a long sleeve technical shirt.
