Farm Strong 5K OCR
Find out if you are “Farm-Strong”!! Take on the Farm Strong 5K Obstacle Course Race.
The Farm Strong 5K OCR is a unique 5K with terrain challenges on the trails of Waid Park and farmwork-inspired obstacles you won’t find anywhere else. Prepare to get wet, muddy, and have a lot of fun!
The Farm Strong 5K OCR course was co-designed by the Spartan SGX Coach Team at Ferguson Fitness https://fergusonfitness.com/ and Franklin County Parks and Recreation.
The $25.00 registration fee includes the full weekend experience and t-shirt. Farm Strong 5K and Pigg Path 5K will be held Saturday, June 3rd 9:00 am, at Waid Park. Chip timing provided by Run Roanoke.
Pigg Path 5K
Located along the Pigg River, the Pigg Path 5k will combine smooth cinder trail and easy singletrack to offer a family friendly sample of the Waid Park trail system. Chip timing provided by Run Roanoke. Registration for the Pigg Path 5K includes access to all that Ramble Weekend has to offer including the 2023 Logo Shirt.
